4. Account and User ID

4.1 Anonymous User ID

• We assign each user a unique anonymous User ID for identification purposes
• This ID is not linked to your personal identity or contact information
• You can find your User ID in the App settings
• This ID is used solely for data management and support purposes

4.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access

5. Subscription Services and Payments

5.1 Premium Subscriptions

NutriChecker offers premium subscription plans:

• 7-day subscription: $3.99
• 30-day subscription: $9.99
• 12-month subscription: $29.99

5.2 Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are charged to your chosen payment method through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes and may vary by country/region due to local tax requirements
• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5.3 Free Trial

• We may offer free trial periods for premium features
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
• You can cancel during the free trial period without charge
• Once cancelled, you cannot resume the same free trial even if unused

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds
